Today’s Spoetzl Brewery is a far cry from the old tin shed where Shiner first flowed back in 1909. We believe our founder, Kosmos Spoetzl, would probably be amazed at our award-winning brewhouse, state-of-the-art distillery, and authentic Texas-style BBQ restaurant.
